    Field of the Invention
    The present invention relates to a capsule for preparing a beverage.     These capsules have the disadvantage that they have to incorporate a sheet to form a closed chamber where the beverage is prepared, and also means for opening the sheet, to allow emptying of the capsule when the beverage has been prepared. Normally this sheet is usually made of a metal-based material, usually aluminum, which makes the sheet more expensive and, consequently, the capsule.
    These drawbacks are remedied with the capsule of the invention.
    Description of the invention
    In fact, the capsule of the invention neither has a sheet that closes the chamber nor does it require opening or tearing means of this sheet to allow emptying of the capsule.
    A basic embodiment of the invention is defined in claim 1. The dependent claims define additional features of the invention.

    Detailed description of the invention
    An aspect of the invention relates to a capsule for preparing a beverage comprising:
    1 a) a cup (1) that forms a capsule body comprising:
    1a1) a cavity (10) comprising a soluble material (7); the soluble material (7) comprises the essential ingredient of the beverage;
    1 a1) an injection face (11) configured to receive a quantity of solvent;
    1a2) a bottom (12) comprising an opening (3) configured to allow emptying of the beverage; the beverage is prepared in the cavity (10) when the soluble material (7) is dissolved in the solvent, and the emptying opening (3) has a shape that prevents contact of the mixture, that is, of the prepared beverage, with the machine where the capsule is placed, avoiding contamination or alteration of the prepared beverage or splashing of the beverage, directly pouring the beverage into the container;
    1 b) a closure sheet (2) on the injection face (11), configured to be perforated by a solvent supplying injector; the injection face (11) is the face of the capsule where solvent is injected, usually water at pressure and temperature, to prepare the beverage; which includes:
    1c) filter media (4, 5) configured to:
    1c1) keep the soluble material (7) in the capsule;
    1c2) allow emptying of the capsule with a beverage outlet through the opening (3). The filtering media (4, 5) are configured so that the material

    Soluble (7) is retained in the capsule until the beverage has been prepared. When the beverage has been prepared, the soluble material (7) has dissolved in the solvent, that is, the solution that constitutes the prepared beverage has been formed.

    2a2) a plurality of pipes (61) shaped to cause synergistic turbulence in the cavity (10). The shape, configuration and location of the pipes (61) in the capsule can be chosen depending on the effects that you want to enhance in the preparation of the beverage. In an embodiment illustrated in Figure 2, the pipes (61) have the labyrinthine shape shown in said figure. In addition, the combination of the pipes (61) with the filtering means (4, 5) produces another synergistic effect as to the speed in the preparation of the beverage and the quality of said beverage.

In any case, this distance (d) is an additional safety measure to prevent the filtering means (4, 5) from touching the emptying duct (6), since the porous constitution of the filtering means itself (4, 5), it already avoids the swollen effect or displacement: in fact, the pores of the filter media (4, 5) themselves allow a relief of the pressure and, consequently, make it impossible to
    swelling / displacement of the filter media (4, 5).
